After more than six months without a club, Nigerian central midfielder Kingsley Michael is on the verge of resuming his professional career, as per Africa Foot.
According to the reliable sources of Africafoot, the 25-year-old is set to sign with US Monastir, a top-tier Tunisian club.
US Monastir is currently in contention for the Tunisian league title, sitting second with 33 points from 15 matches, just one point behind leaders Stade Tunisien, who have played 16 games.
Michael began his career at Abuja FC before moving to Italy, where he played for clubs including FC Bologna, Perugia, Cremonese, and Reggina.
Later the Nigerian midfielder had stints in Austria with SV Ried and DSV Leoben. Currently, his market value is estimated at €100,000.
This move to US Monastir represents a fresh start for Michael as he aims to contribute to the club’s pursuit of the Tunisian league title.
