Promising Nigerian youngster, Dennis Mse, is currently undergoing trials with Norwegian club Sogndal Fotball, with the aim of securing a contract after a specified period, the Kick Off Nigeria sources have exclusively learned.
The 20-year-old Nigerian defensive midfielder, who also plays as a center-back, initially arrived in Sweden for a trial with a Swedish club before moving to Norway to continue his assessment with Sogndal Fotball.
The trialist was included in Sogndal Fotball’s squad for a friendly match against Ukrainian club Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, which ended in a 2-2 draw. He featured in the game as a substitute.
Having delivered impressive performances in test games, if everything goes as planned, the Nigerian youngster is expected to be unveiled by Sogndal in the coming days, ahead of the new Norwegian OBOS-ligaen season.
The versatile player previously featured in Nigeria’s second-tier league with Inter Lagos last season.
