Manchester United FC are continuing to explore a move for Wilfred Ndidi, with reports suggesting a potential deal could involve goalkeeper Altay Bayındır, according to Sporx.
United were linked with the Nigeria midfielder during the January transfer window but did not reach an agreement. However, interest remains as the club assess options to strengthen their midfield ahead of next season.
Turkish side Beşiktaş J.K., where Ndidi is currently playing, are understood to be monitoring Bayındır, raising the possibility of a swap-style deal between the clubs.
Ndidi, 29, is under contract until 2028 and has made 24 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring twice. Known for his defensive qualities and experience in the Premier League with Leicester City F.C., he is viewed as a potential option to add depth and balance to United’s midfield.
No formal offer has been made, but discussions could develop in the summer transfer window as both clubs consider their options.
