In a bid to secure more playing time, Noni Madueke, the Super Eagles-eligible winger, is reportedly considering a loan move away from Chelsea during the upcoming summer transfer window, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
According to reports from TEAMtalk, the 22-year-old is eager to depart Stamford Bridge temporarily to gain regular minutes on the pitch, having struggled to secure a consistent spot in the starting lineup this season.
Since joining Chelsea from PSV in January 2022, Madueke has found opportunities limited, starting just nine games across various competitions this term. His aspirations have been further challenged by the continuous influx of young talents into the London-based club.
Despite his attempts to secure a loan move in the previous January transfer window, Chelsea declined to sanction his departure, leaving the winger’s future uncertain within the squad.
With potential suitors lining up both within and outside the Premier League, Madueke is open to exploring new opportunities in search of more substantial playing time. According to Transfermarkt the player’s market value estimates at €25 million.
As the summer transfer window approaches, speculation mounts over the Anglo-Nigerian’s next move, with clubs eager to secure his services on a temporary basis.
