Nigerian teenage sensation Usman Ajibona in an exclusive conversation with Kick Off Nigeria has expressed his excitement after signing his first professional contract with Armenian side FC Van, completing a move from Russian-based club FDC Vista.
The 18-year-old penned a long-term deal with the Armenian outfit and shared his delight in an exclusive interview with Kick Off Nigeria after completing his first training session with the team.
“I am very happy to join FC Van and be part of the FC Van family. For me, FC Van is one of the best clubs in Armenia, so I am delighted to be here. I would like to thank all my coaches and teammates who have helped me along the way, especially in Nigeria, and also thank FC Van for this opportunity,” Ajibona said.
Eager to hit the ground running at his new club, the talented youngster was a key player for FDC Vista, where he played a pivotal role in the Botev Club competition.
