Nigerian youngster Promise Victor Eghomwanre has completed a last-minute transfer to Latvian side FC Jelgavafrom a Nigerian club, Kick Off Nigeria has exclusively learned.
The explosive winger signed a long-term contract with FC Jelgava after successfully passing his medical examination and finalizing the deal earlier today.
