The former French champions have signed Nigerian teenage sensation Adeshina Ayodele from Beyond Limits Academy, marking his first professional contract, as per the club’s official website.
The deal, lasting until 2029, was also announced by Beyond Limits Academy on social media.

The former Ligue 1 champions secured Ayodele despite interest from Anderlecht and a Dutch club. Ayodele now joins a notable group of Nigerian players who have represented Lille, including Victor Osimhen and Vincent Enyeama.
Ayodele was instrumental in Beyond Limits’ promotion to the Nigerian Premier Football League, particularly in their Super 8 final victory where he scored a decisive goal. He also starred in the Viareggio Cup, helping his team become the first African side to win the prestigious tournament.
