In a move signaling potential changes to their squad, Spartak Moscow is reportedly considering parting ways with four players this February including the Nigerian midfielder Victor Moses, Sports.ru reports.
Insider information suggests that the club is open to either selling or loaning out Christopher Martins, Victor Moses, Pavel Maslov, and Leon Klassen.
Last week, the club granted authorization to Pavel Andreev and four agencies to engage in negotiations for these players. This authorization is valid until February 22, coinciding with the closure of the winter transfer window in Russia.
While agents have identified several potential destinations for the players, negotiations with interested clubs are said to be in their early stages.
The 33-year-old Nigerian, initially joined Spartak Moscow on loan from Chelsea F.C. in October 2020 before making the move permanent the following season. The veteran player is currently in the final four months of his contract with the Russian giants.
Earlier it was reported that despite Moses expressing satisfaction with his time at Spartak Moscow, there were no negotiations initiated for a contract extension. According to Transfermarkt his current market value is estimated at €1,5 million.
