Newcastle United is reportedly leading the competition to sign Nigerian central defender Tosin Adarabioyo, who is currently with Fulham, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
The Daily Mail indicates that while Tottenham, Manchester United, and Chelsea also show interest in Adarabioyo, his preference leans towards Newcastle, under the guidance of manager Eddie Howe.

The Magpies are urgently seeking to strengthen their defense after key players Sven Botman and Jamaal Lascelles sustained long-term injuries. Adarabioyo, whose contract with Fulham expires this summer, appears to be a primary target.
The player’s likelihood of securing regular first-team play increases with the absence of Botman and Lascelles, potentially solidifying his position at Newcastle.
Fulham’s manager, Marco Silva, has suggested that Adarabioyo is set to leave, especially as he has not been selected for the team since playing against Liverpool last month. Newcastle is also considering Bournemouth’s Lloyd Kelly, who will be a free agent soon, as another potential addition to their squad.
