Bayern Munich, the six-time UEFA Champions League winners, have shown interest in Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman following his standout season with Atalanta , according to transfer expert Florian Plettenberg.
Plettenberg has confirmed that Lookman is on Bayern’s radar, though no formal approach has been made. The German giants, under coach Thomas Tuchel, are looking to strengthen their squad after a disappointing season, and Lookman, valued at around €40 million, could be a strategic addition to their left flank.
Lookman, who netted 17 goals and provided 10 assists in 45 appearances, caught the eye of top European clubs, particularly after his hat-trick against Bayer Leverkusen in the UEFA Europa League final.

Despite the interest from Bayern, Lookman seems inclined towards a move to the English Premier League, aiming for a top-tier club. However, no traditional top-six EPL club has yet shown concrete interest in the 26-year-old forward. As the summer transfer window progresses, Lookman’s future remains a point of significant speculation.
